Victor Villar

Prior to joining the ECO Advisors team, Victor was Vice President, Portfolio Analytics Consulting, at MSCI. Victor focused on the programming and implementation of analytics and optimisation solutions for clients such as asset managers, banks and hedge funds.

Victor joined MSCI in 2010 as a Technical Product Manager for Portfolio Analytics and was responsible for the development of models within the Barra Aegis and Barra Optimiser platforms. Prior to MSCI, he did syndication for Water Capital in Mexico City.

He holds a BA in Finance from ITESM and an MSc in Risk Management from ITAM.
